Shwaan is the Executive-Vice President and co-founder of the Collective Development Group, bringing a decade of experience in the land acquisition, planning and approvals space with an exclusive focus on the delivery high-density in-fill developments across the GTA. She held senior development positions where she exercised her expertise in leading multi-disciplinary teams to navigate complex development applications, delivering 2,900 residential units and over 2.7 million square feet of Gross Floor Area.
